Some people have been taught that ‘will’ is ‘the future’ in English. This is not correct. Sometimes when we talk about the future we cannot use ‘will’. Sometimes when we use ‘will’ we are not talking about the future.

Imagine you’re at home and a large brown bear walks into your back garden….
………All of a sudden, your pet dogs run over to it and start barking; and then the bear gets aggressive because she’s with her cubs.
Of course, the sensible thing to do would be to stay inside. But 17-year-old Hailey had a different idea…
..She rushed out and confronted the bear…..
