A lot of my students ask me about the difference between using when, while, and as. All three of these words can be used to indicate that two
things happen at the same time, but they are not all used in the same way.
Most nouns form their plurals by adding -s to
the singular. However, there are some nouns that have only a plural form or a
singular form. Plural nouns should be followed by a plural verb and singular
nouns should be followed by a singular verb.
